9. Fund of the Committee

(1) The Committee shall have a separate fund and the fund shall contain the following amounts

(a) Funds received from the Government of Nepal,
(b) Amounts provided by way of donation or assistance by foreign organizations,
(c) Funds received from international associations, organizations, foreign governments,
(d) Amounts received from the sale and distribution of publications made by the committee (e) Amount received from other sources.

(2) Before receiving the amount under clause (c) of sub-section (1), the committee shall obtain the approval of the Government of Nepal, Ministry of Finance.
(3) The amount received from the funds of the committee shall be opened and deposited in the name of the committee in any bank having a license of class 'A' in accordance with the prevailing laws regarding banks and financial institutions designated by the committee.
(4) All expenses incurred in the name of the committee shall be met from the fund under sub-section (1).
(5) The funds received for the program or work of the committee shall be spent on that program or work.
(6) The operation of the fund of the committee shall be as prescribed.
